The Aston Court Hotel Coventry has nine function rooms and can accommodate from three to 300 people in well furnished and co-ordinated rooms. Simply choose the type of room suitable to your delegate numbers and the seating arrangement you'd like and let us do the rest. All conference rooms benefit from natural daylight and all have air-conditioning to ensure that your delegates are comfortable and able to concentrate on the business in hand.
Our largest suite, The Lady Godiva, can accommodate up to 300 people theatre style and is located on the ground floor close to our Philip Larkin and Pearl Hyde suites, as well as our restaurant and lounge bar making them ideal for all guests and for those larger meetings which may require breakout rooms. The Frank Whittle penthouse suites on our third floor offer spectacular views of the city centre including the historic Coventry Cathedrals. Our George Elliott suites are located in the original part of the hotel and offer an ideal location for smaller meetings and interviews.
